Coaching and Leadership Development
Prosper specialises in the delivery of coaching programmes which help people achieve more of what they want in their lives, both professionally and personally.
Are you looking to improve performance and achieve better results from your staff and/or yourself? We can provide personal development programmes that help you and your key people make better decisions, create more opportunity and achieve more personal success.
Executive Coaching is a results-based, tailored learning programme for busy executives. Considered the most effective method of learning and the most time-efficient way to instil skills into the workforce, Executive Coaching is attracting companies large and small.
Benefits of coaching programmes with Prosper:
- Accelerating Change: transforming attitudes and embedding new behaviours at every stage of organisational change
- Developing talent: combining latest thinking with hands-on learning to achieve real management development
- Building high-performing teams: establishing clear goals and shared meaning, building relationships and creating open and honest dialogue for every kind of team
- Creating inspirational leaders: leadership as a special kind of action, not a special kind of person; in other words, the things that real people do in real situations
- Improving performance: developing coaches, their ability to get the best from people and to challenge underperformance.
We offer three types of Executive Coaching, either as standalones or combined as a package:
Coaching for skills
This focuses on a current task, such as a board presentation or negotiating a deal. We'll help the executive learn and develop the specific skills, attitudes and behaviours that will directly improve work performance for such tasks.
Coaching for performance
By focusing on developing competencies in a current position, performance coaching is designed to improve an executive's future effectiveness.
Coaching for development
Concentrating on the executive's future career or new leadership role, this involves assessing and clarifying expectations for future growth and developing the requisite competencies.
Coaching for an executive's agenda
Again results-orientated, this category allows the executive to nominate their own personal and/or organisational topic for further analysis and improvement.
